From November 30, 2024 to January 6, 2025, the Fairmont Monte Carlo invites you to immerse yourself in a glittering festive atmosphere. Blue, gold and red adorn our decorations, transforming every corner of the hotel into a veritable spectacle of light and magic.

Christmas Dinner at Amù

For Christmas, discover a magical menu on the roof of the Fairmont Monte Carlo: King Crab with yuzu and basil, duck foie gras with mandarin chin, Bresse poultry with truffles and dessert with bergamot, almonds from Provence and honey.
On December 24 and 25, enjoy a moment of sharing and indulgence around a richly flavored Christmas feast, to amaze young and old alike.
